Hiya Mitch...Thanks for publishing these fantastic pix...
Yesterday's Lets Social and trading Fair at Holy Trinity School was a roaring success, as the pix above show...a great turn out of children, and some old faces from the quieter Lets members showed up too!!! Wonderful.
We had great support from both the Police and Fire service as they allowed children to explore their vehicles...some took away information on Lets too. Donations were received from 2 women who were taking bookings for Aloe Vera Parties, which were very welcome...equipment was hired from Burnley Borough Council, with Thanks...
Everyone was very busy the whole day...and their hard work was reflected in the number of attendees and the takings which exceeded £200...
We're looking forward to organising more of these Family Fun Days/Social and Trading Days all around East Lancashire, so watch this space for details of a venue near you!
A Xmas Party is also being planned for Mid December, hopefully at Burnley Miners Club, Plumbe Street Burnley, which will be open to locals too...so get saving your pennies for a great nite out!!! Further details to follow...
