can i just ask a question out of curiosity?
i am addressing this to the vegetarians on the board
i, myself am an omnivore LOL and eat meat, vegetables, dairy etc...
and i was just wondering if any of the vegetarians on this site ate eggs? i know vegans dont, cus they dont eat anything off animals, but vegetarians still eat/drink dairy products and so i was curious as to whether any vegetarians eat eggs. the reason i ask this is cus, eggs are gonna be chickens one day and chicken is meat and so do you see it like that and not eat eggs or do you see it as something different?
i am only askin out of curiosity really ;D

Hiya Stef, it's a difficult one for us veggies...I do eat eggs...I often tell myself I shouldn't be doing so, for the reason that you stated, however I suppose I have to view it in the same way that the abortion issue is viewed? As the egg is unfertilised it is not going to become a chicken...weak argument I know...
I really admire vegans who can deny themselves eggs and very many other ingredients which vegetarians eat...also, I must admire the way that they manage to produce such good, healthy meals too...and do not deprive themselves of any nutrients/vitamins...you never know, one day I might have the will power to go all the way too!
